Top 5 Asia's Best Young Entrepenuer

This time i would like to bring to you the list of the Best Young Entrepenuer's of Asia 2009. There are 25 names all of them but i only list down the  5 of them for our entry this time. The list is not in the ranking order  but i just picked from the top 25 from the voted list in the business week magazine. 
The reason why i show you the entrepenuer list is because we can emulate of what they have done and take their experiences as our guide to entrepenuership. The candidate from the  Asian Best Young Entrepenuers are age from 19 to 33 years old.

  1. Roihatul Jannah, age 30., Indonesia, owner of Helmiat Bonceng Bocah
Roihatul came up with the product for the children who ride as an extra passenger on a motorbike. She started the ideas when she had the difficulty to ride with her kid. So she produces a Helmiat Bonceng Bocah (HBB) specially for a child safety, comfort and style.The company was founded in 2007.




2.Lim Fahima Jachja, age 31, Indonesia,Virus Communication.
Fahima and her husband Adhitia Sofyan set up Virus Communication, an online consulting firm in 2006 especially on online marketing strategy.Backed from their previous experience in commercial advertisement, they venture into online business where they see potential and now they have engaged with blue chips company including HP, Toyota,XL, SMART, Tupperware and etc.

3. Rex Ng, Terry Cheng and Chris Lee, 34,29 and 28 respectively,Hong Kong, is the co founder of 6waves
The company is the leading international publisher and developer of  the gaming application for Facebook. It start up in early 2008, since then the games that they build have brings about 50 millions active players and the number is increasing aggresively. Some of their most popular games are Happy Harvest, MyFishbow, Mall World and Resortworld.

4.Aung Kwa Moe,33, Thailand,SinaptIQ
At first Aung Kwa Moe wanted to become a doctor but his national examination result did not score high. So he become a businessman and now lives in Bangkok. He run an company which does an online payment business SinaptIQ.The company works  with Thailands independent payment processor like PaySBuy.com, commercial airline company Nok Air and other smaller businesses. He credits his success to his determination and fighting spirits that has transformed the obstacles into opportunities.

5. Eriko Yamaguchi,28, Japan,Motherhouse Co.
 Motherhouse is a fashion brand specialized in handbags produced in developing countries. The company produce the best products possible by maximizing the potentials of the people and materials in developing countries. Yamaguchi, the Chief designer and founder of Motherhouse Co. has brilliant idea when she studied in Dhaka Bangladesh. During her internship,she came across the jute fibre in an exhibition and later wanted to make bags from it. Without any formaltraining in designing she did all from scratch and go to find factory who can work with him. Finally she found a small factory that willing to do business with her. 
Now motherhouse co. which was founded in 2006 has six stores in Tokyo Osaka and Fukuoka and also sells at some major department stores. Sales have gone up to more than $1.5 million from $30,000 a year ago.
